Eating Raw food

Why should we eat raw foods?
If we cook our food more than 118 degrees F, any where from three minutes are longer, it protein becomes crystallize, the sugars become caramelized and the natural fibers is impaired. This simple means our food will take longer to move through our intestines, it lose 30/50% of its minerals and vitamins, and enzymes are destroyed 100%. When we eat cooked food it absorbs the body enzymes potential and our energy level declined, energy that we need to repair and maintain our tissues and organs and it also shortens our life span

Researchers has found that when we put extremely hot foods into our stomach it can cause cancer. They also said that heating any food destroy much of its vitamin, minerals and protein contents and it creates poisonous inorganic acids. The all uncooked diet is more healthful and beneficial! Health institutes researchers also said, that, “we should not cook our food,” because during what may seem to be a harmless action vital enzymes are destroyed, proteins becomes harder to digest. Vitamins are mostly destroyed with what left of it changing into forms that are hard for the body to adsorb, pesticides are reconstructed into even more toxic combination.

We all do have a tendency to want to sleep after eating a cook meal, when we eat a raw food meal it does not leave us tired.
